Benchmark Your Fleet

Just launched, an Australian Fleet Benchmarking report known as a Fleet PIR (Performance Improvement Report). This report, now available through Benchmarking Success who have been involved in benchmarking in the fleet, transport, warehousing, logistic, supply chain area for over 19 years allows organisations to answer the following questions:

• How do my fleet costs compare to other comparable fleets, and to best practice?
• How does my fuel consumption compare to other similar fleets and to best practice?
• Likewise for my tyre costs and my maintenance costs
• Are my fleet management costs competitive?
• How is my accident rate compared to other similar fleets?
• Are my tail pipe emissions competitive or could I do more, and what are the best results being achieved?
• What is the overall safety rating of my fleet compared to others and compared to best practice?

The fleetPIR answers these questions, as well as providing for organisations a report where there are opportunities to reduce costs and how this can be achieved. In fact a performance road map is provided that sets out a pathway from current performance to that which is ranked as best in class.
